Kiki Keyboard (hereinafter referred to as "the Product" or "Kiki") is an input method application offering smart typing, custom themes, and interactive content. Prior to downloading, installing, or using Kiki’s services (including both the Basic Service and the Subscription-based VIP Service), please read this User Service Agreement ("this Agreement") carefully.
Kiki equips users with text input tools, emojis, stickers, fonts, and themes. Our services include:
Kiki is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You agree to adhere to the respective Terms of Service of these platforms when using our app.
You must reach the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service. Minors (under 13 or the applicable age in your region) must review this Agreement with a legal guardian and obtain their explicit consent before using the service.
This is a critical section regarding your data security.
To enable cloud prediction, sticker searches, and theme downloads, Kiki may request "Allow Full Access" permissions within your device's system settings.
We prioritize your privacy. Kiki does NOT collect or store sensitive personal information such as passwords, credit card details, or government IDs. When typing in system-detected password fields, Kiki will automatically switch to your device's default keyboard or operate in a secure, non-recording privacy mode.
Any data we do collect (e.g., usage statistics, crash reports) is processed in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the GDPR and CCPA where relevant.
The following terms apply to all in-app purchases and subscriptions:
Kiki provides subscription options (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) for VIP content access. Pricing and benefits are clearly displayed on the app's purchase screen.
Upon confirmation of purchase, payments are charged directly to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android). All billing is handled securely by Apple or Google; Kiki does not store any payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the period's end at the standard subscription rate.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings. Note: Uninstalling the Kiki app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is provided, any unused portion will be forfeited once a premium subscription is purchased. If not canceled before the trial expires, you will be automatically billed for the subsequent subscription period.
You agree to use Kiki for lawful purposes only. You may not use the keyboard to create or share content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, violent, or pornographic.

If you create custom themes using personal photos within the app, you guarantee that you hold the copyright to those images. You must not use media that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
All software code, interface layouts, original themes, fonts, emojis, and trademarks associated with Kiki Keyboard remain the exclusive intellectual property of the developer and are safeguarded by international copyright laws.
Kiki grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app. This constitutes a license for use, not a transfer of ownership.
Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of Kiki’s assets (such as extracting theme files for external use) is strictly prohibited.
Kiki is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We cannot guarantee that text prediction or autocorrect features will be 100% accurate at all times.
We assume no responsibility for software conflicts arising from other third-party keyboards installed on your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiki and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including misunderstandings caused by typing errors.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Major changes will be communicated via an in-app announcement. Your continued use of Kiki implies acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service (including suspending VIP accounts) without a refund if you commit a material breach of this Agreement (e.g., hacking, payment fraud).
In the unlikely event that Kiki ceases operations entirely, we will provide users with reasonable advance notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, disregarding any conflict of law principles.
Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
